Description : 1. The Municipality of Valencia, Negros Oriental, through the GF CY 2025 E. Child Governance E.2. Youth Development Summit intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy-seven Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 277,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Catering Services for Chada Valencia: Youth Leadership Summit 2025 on August 22, 23, 24 & 25, 2025 (Re-bid) with PR no. 25-06-0432. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Brief Description: Catering Services good for 120 persons

2. The Municipality of Valencia, Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by August 22, 23, 24 & 25, 2025. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
