REQUIREMENTS:

Breakfast must include sunny-side up eggs, meat viand and fried/steamed rice (Silog Meal)
Lunch and Dinner must include at least three (3) main course of beef/chicken/fish, dessert, one (1) round of juice/iced tea/soda, and steamed rice (No Cream of Dory Fish).
Distilled drinking water and dispenser shall be provided by the Service Provider (SP)
Set-up (packed or managed buffet) shall be informed by the EU three (3) calendar days prior to the actual delivery.
Service Provider (SP) must provide food that are freshly cooked and prepared on the day of the activity
Chosen MENU shall be provided by the End-User at least five (5) calendar days before the actual date of the activity.
Must include free-flowing brewed coffee, creamer and sugar. Must be served in porcelain/
ceramic coffee cup and saucer set and stainless-steel teaspoon.
