1.The Department of Education-Schools Division of Baybay City, through the registration fee of participants intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 1,402,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Catering Services, Board and Lodging, Venue and Sound System for the Regional Workshop on the Preparation and Submission of CY 2025 Mid-Year Financial Reports. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Department of Education-Schools Division of Baybay City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods will be from July 7 to 11, 2025.
