Description : Terms of Reference (ToR): Provision of Meals for Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Activities - Calendar Year 2025
This Terms of Reference outlines the requirements and expectations for the provision of procurement of supply and delivery for meals and snacks for all Bids and Awards Committee activities (BAC) and events organized by Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Energy for Calendar-Year 2025. It also defines the payment terms applicable for each invoice submitted after service delivery.
The selected service provider shall be responsible for the provision of meals (lunch and snacks) for all scheduled BAC activities throughout the year. These include but are not limited to:
• Pre-Procurement meeting
• Pre-bids conference
• Opening of Bids
• Contract Signing
The meals provided shall meet the following criteria:
• Meals: 3-viand for lunch with drinks and bottled water, AM snacks with drinks and PM snacks with drinks
• Quality: Meals must be fresh, well-cooked, and hygienically prepared.
