The Municipality of Sta. Rita, through LGU fund of 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php1,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the CATERING SERVICES FOR BARANGAYAN 2025 at LGU - STA. RITA, Brgy. Santan, Sta. Rita, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

The Municipality of Sta. Rita now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for CATERING SERVICES FOR BARANGAYAN 2025. Delivery of the GOODS AND SERVICES is required on January - December 2025. The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB.
