1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the RICE - 2025 CURRENT FUND intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (P666,250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Catering Services and Accommodation on the Conduct of Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) Training: Building Resilient Agroecology-based Rice Farming Clusters with Integrated Crop and Livestock Systems for Farmer Adopter in Baybay City”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required per schedule.
