*There should be one (1) buffet station
*There should be at least three (3) food servers/attendants who will aportion the food
*Food of the VIPs should be served on their table (there should be food attendants who will serve and assist the needs of the VIPs)
*Provision of pika-pika for the VIPs (boiled saba, boiled kamote, mais, kakanin, nuts, and fruits)

Bento Box:
*Food shall be served in bento box-microwavable container with utensils sealed in plastic
*Food shall be served in the designated seats of the participants, thus, additional manpower in-charge with food distribution must be present
*Availability of table for food storage during inspection and actual count
