  1. The Agricultural Training Institute-International Training Center on Pig Husbandry (ATI-ITCPH), through The Government of the Philippines (GOP) through various Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred One Thousand One Hundred Seventy Pesos (Php 2,401,170.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. 24-11-1071. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
