Carabao Dairy Development Program (Construction of Heifer Building Phase 1)

1. The Provincial Government of Isabela, through the 20% DF - REPROGRAMMING 2024 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million One Hundred Five Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos & 46/100 (Php 12,105,960.46) For the Carabao Dairy Development Program (Construction of Heifer Building Phase 1) and Project Identification Number 2025-02 Lot 1, being Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically reject at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Sixty Two (262) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of eligible bidder contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
