Section I. Invitation to Bid

BIDDING DOCUMENTS FOR CAPITAL OUTLAY 2024 (PURCHASE OF DESKTOP COMPUTER SETS (5)

1. The Municipality of Manjuyod, through the CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (₱350,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Capital Outlay 2024 (Purchase of Desktop Computer Sets (5) with PR No.: 1002511-1241-045 dated November 05, 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Manjuyod now invites bids for Capital Outlay 2024 (Purchase of Desktop Computer Sets (5). Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI. Schedule of Requirement. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
