The Municipality of Cordova, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), is inviting all interested bidders to submit a Quotation for the Capacity Building on ALS Programs and Activities: Strengthened Implementation through Monitoring and Evaluation (Room Accommodation) for Cordova District, subject to the submission of the following requirements:

1. Copy of DTI or Sec Registration Certificate;
2. Copy of Current Mayor-s Permit;
3. Copy of Taxpayer-s Identification Number (TIN);
4. Tax Clearance;
5. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate.
