INVITATION TO BID FOR
Capability Training for Strengthening Ethical Foundations Through Gender and Development (GAD) Perspective

1. The Municipal Government of Lucban, through the Municipal Gender and Development (MGAD) intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos Only (P 675,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CAPABILITY TRAINING FOR STRENGTHENING ETHICAL FOUNDATIONS THROUGH GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT (GAD) PERSPECTIVE / 100-9998-25-1044. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Lucban now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within June 17, 2025 from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
