Description : PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) LOT MANAGED SERVICES FOR PASSENGER INFORMATION SYSTEM (PIS-IPTV) AND LOCAL AREA NETWORK (LAN)

PLEASE SEE ATTACHED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR YOUR COMPLIANCE.

CONTRACT PERIOD: The services to be provided under this maintenance agreement will be for a minimum period of one (1) year renewable thereafter upon the agreement of both parties.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE: The service shall commence upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and be completed one (1) year thereof.

DELIVERY LOCATION: All thirteen (13) stations, both bounds and at the Depot Data Center.

Bid should not exceed the total ABC and should be treated as one (1) lot only.

Bid quotations should be inclusive of the 12% VAT.

Please quote your lowest price on the item(s) stated above, subject to the Terms and Conditions stated therein.
