Invitation to Bid

Canal Lining at Barangay San Miguel 2 Dalia St and Lirio St, Sitio Banaba, Silang, Cavite

1. The Municipality of Silang, through 20% Development Fund 2023 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Forty- Six and 70/100 pesos only (Php 707,946.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Canal Lining at Barangay San Miguel 2 Dalia St and Lirio St. Sitio Banaba, Silang, Cavite -Public Bidding NO. 2023-1088 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Silang now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 24 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
