1. The National Irrigation Administration, Eastern-Western Samar Irrigation Management Office, Catbalogan City, through the General Appropriation Act of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php9,331,924.63, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Can-aga SIP, Project Identification Number, Can-aga SIP-Solar-ES-01-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration, Eastern-Western Samar Irrigation Management Office, Catbalogan City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required two hundred fifty (250) calendar days.
