1) The West Visayas State University-Lambunao Campus, through the Internally Generated Income intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE PESOS AND 15/100 (Php 3,526,563.15) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Campus Electrical System Development (Phase 3). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The West Visayas State University-Lambunao Campus, now invites bids for Electrical and Carpentry Works. Completion of the Works is required 75 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
