The ILO seeks an individual consultant to gather information, conduct consultations, and develop the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Profile for the Bangsamoro region under the ARISE-Child Labour Project. Deadline for submission of proposals is 1 May 2025 via email.The primary objective of thisconsultancy is to assist the Bangsamoro regional government in developing an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) profile for the region, in close collaboration with social partners. The process should be inclusive, consultative, and gender-responsive, ensuring active participation of all relevantstakeholders across appropriate levels.The consultant will undertake the following responsibilities and tasks, in line with the approved budget and timeline: Collect information and data. Gather and review existing information from published reports, research studies, government sources, and otherrelevant websites. Prepare a proposed list of government officials, employers, workers, and other key stakeholders to be interviewed. Conduct interview with key informants Integrate collected information and interviews into the draft Bangsamoro regional OSH profile. The profile must present acomprehensive inventory of the existing system, frameworks, tools, data and resources available in the region on occupational safety and health, which summarizes the existing situation on occupational safety and health.
