Guidelines:
A. This Project shall be awarded as follows:
- One Project having several items/lots shall be awarded as one contract
- Incomplete bid shall be declared as disqualified.

B. Only SEALED QUOTATION (in your own format) received in the Procurement Unit, LTO -Central Office, East Avenue, Quezon City shall be accepted. E-mailed quotation/s shall not be entertained.
