Calibration of Laboratory Equipment with Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR)

P.R. No. 2025-04-215 Re-bid

1. The Province of Guimaras, through Item 1: Repair and Maintenance Machinery & Equipment Expenses(502-13-050); Item 2: Medical Equipment Outlay (107-05-110) of Two Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 235,00.00) being the ABC to payments under the Calibration of Laboratory Equipment with Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within (10) ten calendar days upon receipt of approved NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
