  3.) Computed Radiography Machine - 1 unit;
  4.) Ultrasound Machine - 1 unit;
  
  Additional Requirements:
  with 1 (one) on-site Annual Calibration for all Radiograph Machines and 2 (two) Preventive Maintenance (PM) (once every 6 months or twice a year) for the Mobile X-ray and CR System only;
  Tools or equipment for use during calibration must be calibrated also with certificate;
