Standard Requirements:
a. Supplier must provide Service and Test
Report for each unit as compliance for the
requirement of STRH. Details of Calibration
Tools such as brand, model, serial number,
and calibration date range must be indicated
in either in Service Report or Test Report.
b. Supplier must provide a copy of Calibration
Report or Certificate for the Calibration
Tools used.
c. Supplier must provide a calibration sticker
per unit indicating the start and end date of
calibration.
d. Supplier must conduct testing and calibration
of unit for at least three (3) points per
parameter.
e. Supplier must recommend all necessary
services and parts needed for functionality of
the unit.
