Description : CALIBRATION OF 1X35KL FUEL OIL STORAGE TANK(FOST) AT PALUMBANES DPP

SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. Tank preparation, cleaning and degassing of FOST and Day Tanks. Physical inspection and due consideration should be given to applicable safety procedures.
2. Provision of all necessary equipment including calibrated measuring tape, plum bob, a level, and other additional tools for calibration.
3. Physical measurement for vertical tanks in accordance with the API Manual of Petroleum Management Standards (Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standard Chapter 2 - Tank Calibration Section 2A - Measurement and Calibration of Upright Cylindrical Tanks by the Manual Tank Strapping Method, MPMS 2.2A)
4. Record all measurement data, calculations, observation in the Calibration Report.
