Terms of Reference:
1. The supplier shall submit: Certificate of Product Registration/CMDN, MSDS, Certificate of Exclusive or Authorized Distributorship
2. The supplier is required to provide a demonstration machine with atleast 20 samples/tests on the given schedule of evaluation.
3. The supplier shall ensure that reagents and other consumables delivered shall be free from any defect, and follow appropriate transportation and packaging requirements such as cold chain requirements for heat-sensitive reagents
4. The shelf life of all reagents and consumables shall be at least 12 months from date of delivery. For reagents and consumables that are delivered with an expiration date of less than 12 months, the supplier shall submit a guarantee letter indicating replacement of reagents upon delivery of the items.
