  The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (₱ 682,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES (MEALS WITH VENUE AND ROOM ACCOMMODATION SERVICES) OUTSIDE, TAGBILARAN CITY FOR THE PARTICIPANTS AND TRAINING MANAGEMENT TEAM FOR THE CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT TRAINING BY THE BOHOL PROVINCIAL ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT OFFICE with Procurement Reference No. C-2025-044 & C-2025-049; Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
