Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES (MEALS WITH VENUE AND ROOM ACCOMMODATION SERVICES) FOR THE JOURNALISM TRAINING
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (₱ 280,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES (MEALS WITH VENUE AND ROOM ACCOMMODATION) FOR THE JOURNALISM TRAINING with Procurement Reference No. C-2025-033 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within ONE (1) DAY after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an amount of at least TWENTY FIVE PERCENT (25%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract.
