Description : 1. The Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), through the Corporate Budget for CY 2025 approved by the governing Board intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP 10,750,000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals. The total ABC is detailed as follows:
