1. The Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), through the Corporate Budget for CY 2022 approved by the governing Board intends to apply the sum of Forty-Seven Million Pesos (Php47,000,000.00), inclusive of all other costs and expenses, Value Added Tax (VAT) and all other related expenses necessary to completely accomplish the project, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
