  Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2025 - Locally Funded Projects, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eight Million Six Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Seven Pesos and Thirty-Seven Centavos (Php308,622,487.37) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Busuanga Airport Development Project (Extension/Improvement of Existing Concrete Runway). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The DOTr now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within three hundred (300) calendar days inclusive of pre-determined unworkable 30 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
