Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2025 - Locally Funded Projects intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Sixty-One Million Three Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Two Pesos and Forty-Two Centavos (Php661,376,872.42) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Busuanga Airport Development Project - Construction/ Concreting of New Runway (45m width) including Runway Strip (150m width). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOTr now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within four hundred twenty (420) calendar days, inclusive of pre-determined unworkable thirty (30) days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
