Description : The Department of Education - Schools Division of Ilocos Sur is in need of Suppliers for the Bus Rental/Hire in Participating to the 2025 Regional Schools Press Conference with the following details:

ITEM AND DESCRIPTION QTY
Bus hire for 5 days 8 units

Administrative arrangement: The winning bidder for the bus rental/hire shall:
a. transport 320 officials, campus journalists, school paper advisers, and technical working group to Dagupan City where the venue of the RSPC will be held.
b. Accommodate 40 passengers including their personal belongings on a bus.
c. Departure Date/Time: February 10, 2025 @ 5:00 AM
d. Departure Place: SDO, Bantay, Ilocos Sur
e. stay for the whole duration of the event. (February 10-14, 2025)
f. transport contestants from the billeting school to the contested venue and vice-versa.
g. shoulder the gas, food, and accommodation of their drivers.
h. Departure from the venue will be 12:00 noon on February 14, 2025.
