TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR)

PROJECT: BUS RENTAL
LOCATION: PCA Central Office, Batangas

I. Scope of Work
The project involves the procurement of two (2) units bus for the transportation of PCA personnel during Pre Management Development Program on May 19 to 21, 2025 with the following details:
 Air-conditioned tourist bus with TV, DVD player and PA system; 50 passenger capacity
 Must be in good running condition;
 Provide two (2) units well maintained air-conditioned road worthy buses with respective professional skilled and courteous non-smoker drivers at the dispatch of PCA authorized representative;
 Provide and assign one (1) personnel to act as overall coordinator for an orderly dispatching of bus;
 Drivers are expected to wear decent clothing unless the day-s task require otherwise;
 The supplier shall ensure the availability of a stand-by bus in case of mechanical trouble during the duration of the rental period;
 All incidental expenses which include among others fuel coast, drivers pay and meals, parking fee, etc., shall be to the account of supplier; secure necessary...
