BUILD, OPERATE AND TRANSFER (BOT) BULK WATER SUPPLY FOR LAMBUNAO WATER DISTRICT (LWD)

1)The Lambunao Water District (LWD), through the Dingle - Pototan Water District (DPWD) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) through Corporate Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 8,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Bulk Water Supply for Lambunao Water District (LWD) under Bid Reference Competitive Bidding No. 2026-02-001.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2)The Lambunao Water District (LWD) now invites bids for Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Bulk Water Supply for Lambunao Water District (LWD) in accordance with the provisions of Section 12, Rule II of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act,".
