  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Php 3,240,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Buffet Meals during regular and special sessions of the Sangguniang Panlungsod Members and Staff. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Pasay now invites bids for the Buffet Meals during regular and special sessions of the Sangguniang Panlungsod Members and Staff. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within the Activity Date. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
