1. The National Irrigation Administration - Zamboanga Sibugay Irrigation Management Office through the REPAIR-CIS CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Four Pesos & 34/100 Only (Php 3,766,964.34) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for NIAREG9-02192025-REPAIR-CISCY2025-1012 (INFRA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
