SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND TESTING OF DESKTOP AND
LAPTOP COMPUTERS
ITB NO. BS-021-2025
1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget
(COB) for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Two Hundred Eight
Thousand Pesos (Php 17,208,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, and Testing of Desktop
and Laptop Computers.
2. The NIA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is
required by Seventy-Five (75) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within
five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the
Project. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to the Supply and Delivery of
Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Equipment. The description of
an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
(Instructions to Bidders).
