Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos (Php 3,959,795.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Printing and Delivery of Coffee Table Book, and Wall Calendar (Lot 1), and Executive Planner (Lot 2), to wit:
