Tender are invited for BS-002-2026 PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION CENTRAL OFFICE (APRIL TO DECEMBER 2026)

Description : The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating
Budget (COB) for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Four Hundred
Ninety-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Nine Pesos and 60/100 (Php
8,497,596.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for Procurement of Security Services for National Irrigation Administration
Central Office (April to December 2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The NIA now invites bids for above procurement project. Delivery of the Goods is
required from April to December 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least five
(5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly,
in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
