1. The Municipality of Tubungan, through Capital Outlay- LDRRMF- Construction and Heavy Equipment (Purchase of Heavy Equipment/Rescue Vehicle) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Forty One Thousand Pesos (₱3,741,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Brand New 4x2, 4-Wheeler Chassis, mounted with an 11-foot dropside body and detachable 2,000 liter water tanker, with water pump. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
