and indicate date of receipt;"
2 Supplier must deliver the item based on the prescribed specification in the PO.
3 Supplier must deliver items with an expiration period of at least 3 months on the day of delivery.
4 Supplier must deliver the items to Babatngon Experiment Station, Brgy. Bagong Silang, Babatngon Leyte.
