Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2024 - Continuing Appropriations (Locally Funded Projects), intends to apply the sum of Fifty Million Five Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos and Seventy-Two Centavos (Php50,562,955.72) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Borongan Airport Development Project (Civil Works - Airside: Construction of Box Culvert and Grouted Canal). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOTr now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days, inclusive of pre-determined unworkable twenty (20) days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
