Invitation to Bid for Bola Kontra Droga

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of five hundred fifty thousand pesos (Php 550,000.00) only for Lot 1 (Catering Services), forty thousand pesos (Php 40,000.00) only for Lot 2 (T-shirt), thirty nine thousand five hundred pesos (Php 39,500.00) only for Lot 3 (Sports Materials), twenty four thousand seven hundred pesos (Php 24,700.00) only for Lot 4 (Office Supplies), sixty five thousand three hundred ninety pesos (Php 65,390.00) only for Lot 5 (Trophy), and twenty five thousand pesos (Php 25,000.00) only for Lot 6 (Fiber Board), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Bola Kontra Droga . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
