Description : I. DESCRIPTION

The BOARD O INVESTMENTS (BOI), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will undertake Small Value Procurement and invites interested contractor to submit their Price Quotation for the T-Shirt for Internal Branding Initiative “Make It Happen in BOI”.

II. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT

The approved budget for the contract is One Hundred Forty Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 144,500.00)

III. SPECIFICATION

• Round neck T-Shirt
• Material: Draft, Colored, Full Sublimation
• Dry Fit Fabric
• Logo Design: See Attached
Sizes : Assorted (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL)

V. TERMS OF PAYMENT
