1. Inclusive of a function hall with set-up of tables and chairs sufficient to accommodate 30 participants, adequate lightings and audible sounds, and with 1 unit LCD projector 2. Must have strong wifi connection
3. Board and Lodging rooms for two (2) nights with 2 to 4 pax only per room. 4. Meals for 30 pax on the 2nd quarter (First Meal is LUNCH on April 10,2025 and Last Meal is AM Snacks on April 11,2025
5. Inclusive of Tarpaulin 4x8 feet
