2. Provision of equipment/machinaries such as: mini pay loader,
truck/truck loader carrier, tractor
3. Provision of daily supply of pineapple pulp and feed
concentrates
4. Provision of space for milking parlor
5. Provisioning of Mini Office, kitchen, and dining quarters
for PDO assigned and laborers
6. Cow dung effluent depository/collection area
7. Fully secured fencing/enclosures
8. Good drainage/environmentally accepted waste
disposal system.
9. Barn should be at least 200-300 meters distance
away from commercial/residential areas.
10. With secured area for disposal of dead carcass
and medical waste materials.
11. With Bio-Security facility such as but not limited to
footh bath, changing/shower rooms and washing areas
and vehicle tire spray
12. Sufficient potable water available 24 hours
13. Provision of isolation quarters or building as hospital
for sick animals.
14. Provision for electrical outlets and power supply
