  A. Mastery of music according to standard way of arrangement of songs
  a.) Philippine National Anthem
  b.) Pangasinan Hymn
  c.) Bayambang Hymn
  d.) Niña Arto Taka hymn
  e.) Mastery of Original Pilipino Music and ballroom music
  f.) The performers are required at the venue at least one hour before the start of the event
  g.) The musical performance shall be from 6PM of April 5 until 4AM of April 5, 2026
  h.) The performers/instrumentalist shall be in appropriate attire
  Meal/snacks
  for the 30 pax orchestra
  instrumentalist, singers/dancers shall be
