1. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Construction/Repair/Maintenance of Various Roads and Bridges (PR#2025-09-06616) intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Seven Pesos & 20/100 (P3,138,987.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Blocktopping of Barangay Road along Matalava-Namolan Road (Matalava Section), Lingayen, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan now invites bids for Blocktopping of Barangay Road. Completion of the Works is required Thirteen (13) Calendar Days.
