REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR
BIODIVERSITY ASSESSMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF BOOK OF PLANTS IN MT. MAKILING FOREST RESERVED, CITY OF STO. TOMAS, BATANGAS

1. The City Government of Sto. Tomas, Batangas, through the General Fund CENRO/MOOE/Programs, Supplemental Budget No.2 C.Y. 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Biodiversity Assessment and Development of Book of Plants in Mt. Makiling Forest Reserved, City of Sto. Tomas, Batangas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
