1.The National Irrigation Administration - Ilocos Norte Irrigation Management Office, through the CY 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos 77/100 (Php 18,897,375.77) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Biningan SIP; Proposed Construction of Pipeline Works and Tank Structures; Small Irrigation Project Fund; CY 2026 under Contract No. INIMO-2025-11-034.
