Description : BILLBOARD ADVERTISING SERVICES (1 lot)
Billboard Placement

• Specific Location: Preferably in high-traffic areas (e.g., plazas, near malls, etc.) in Tacloban/Palo Area
• Size: At least 15 ft. x 40 ft. or equivalent total area for other orientation.
• Duration of Posting: Eight (8) months; commencing on the date the billboard will be installed after issuance of the Job Order.
• Material:
o Layout of material to be provided by PhilHealth
o Material/structure-with existing structure/supporting framework made of steel
o Structure can be free standing, attached to buildings, or mounted on other structrues.
• Other Conditions:
o Lighted from 6:00PM to 10:00PM
o Printing of ad material is inclusive of the cost (i.e., borne by the supplier)
o Change of material on the fourth (4th) month or when the material is destroyed, whichever comes first; change is inclusive of cost (i.e., borne by the supplier)
o The provider must return/surrender to PhilHealth, the used tarpaulin/billboard material.
