The Alaminos Laguna Water District, through the LWUA Loans intends to apply the sum of 3,554,962.08 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply And Delivery of Upvc Pipes and Fittings Sets/2025-02-003]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Alaminos Laguna Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
